Any stores that you know that refill ink cartridges, because it's too expensive to buy a new cartridge.

They sell a variety of cartridges for a variety of printers and also jetpaks (you send your cartridge in and they refill it for you). Comes from oregon, so no sales tax and no shipping in the usa.

Get rid of your inkjet and buy a laser printer. Laser printers are a little bit more expensive and so are the toner cartridges, but you can print 5,000+ pages with one cartridge and so that will probably last you forever.
I know of an on line store which will sell you refill kits or the also offer a service where you purchase an envelope and when you receive it you put your empty cartridge in and it gets mailed to a company which will in turn and refill it for you.You should expect to get it back in about 1-2 weeks from when you mailed it out.

You can buy intec refill kits and do it yourself. It takes you 10 minutes and the kit allows you to refill your ip1700 cartridges up to 2 times. Its often times is better to learn how to do the refilling so that in the future you may be able to do it yourself for other printers. I hope this helps.
