You have to buy a chip re-setter (often they are on eBay), but I don't know of one for your printer. Or you can buy a set of refillable cartridges the chips in these reset themselves, again I don't know of any for your printer. A quick eBay or Google search will tell you whats available.

Sometimes the monitor can be reset by turning off the printer and unplugging it for about 1 minute.
