How do l enable my canon mp460 printer recognize refilled ink cartridges?

Try this:





1. Turn off the printer


2. Hold the Resume Button (red circle in the triangle), add a printer (click “Power”) an indicator light green.


3. Hold the Power Button, release the Resume Button.


4. Not releasing the Power Button, double click “Resume” and release Both Buttons.


5. Click “Resume” for Four times


6. Once you click “Power”, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber). To disable the printer “Power” button to click again.





If that doesn't work, then try changing the printer setup as below.


Case 1) When the window of “Ink is running low” appears.


- Click the ‘OK’ or ‘out of paper’ button on your printer


- When the window of ‘Ink has run out’ appears, follow the procedures


‘Case 2’ below.


Case 2) When the window of “Ink has run out” appears.


- Click the ‘Yes’ button on the window.


- When the massage of “Press and hold the ‘Stop/ Reset’ button….”


appears, press and hold the ‘Stop/ Reset’ or ‘out of paper’ button


on your printer for 10 seconds.


Before using the printer, run the “head cleaning” process.

deactivated permanently. Refill the cartridge only when the print quality
