I got a new PIXMA iP90v less than 2 month ago. When I start to print, I am getting service error 5C00. As soon as I turn on my ';PIXMA iP90v'; it ejects 2 papers then it moves the print head left and then to the right and the drum which moves paper turns for some seconds and then lights blinks amber and green four times cycles. When I open the black top cover printer head is not coming to the center. it says Blank ink tank is running low. I put 2 new black and color ink tanks still i have same problem I can鈥檛 print any thing. According to Canon, your printer requires repair. Go to the link below and search 5C00 under the Support %26amp; Service tab. Then read the first link in the pop-up page. Contact their tech support and find out how you can get it serviced under warranty. If you bought it only 2 months ago, then you should be able to get it fixed for free.

Good luck.
