I just put in a new ink to a canon i250 and the printer wont work?

it says its out of paper, but its not


then it says the papers jammed, but its not

Turn off your printer. Open your printer lid, check if your cartridge is intact. Take it out, put it back into the ink slot. Lock it back in place.





Take out your paper, arrange neatly and check if any leftover pieces or if the paper is stack improperly. Sometimes a bad paper stacking can result in the error described. Place and stack it back properly, adjust the lever at the insertion, no too tight and not too loose.





Turn on your printer and do the test print.
