How do I override Canon ip1800 empty ink cartridge?

I refill the cartridges and most of the time it works, but this is the second time its not reading a full cart. I don't even care if it's not reading full. I just want the @*($%#%26amp;* thing to be overrided!! I have 100's of pages to print out and this is holding me up. I know, I know, Canon doesn't want us to refill cartridges, but there HAS to be a way. please help!How do I override Canon ip1800 empty ink cartridge?
If you right click on your printer and choose properties, in the window that opens go to the maintainence tab.


There are two options you can use.


Low ink warning setting or the ink counter reset.


You can turn off the warning or you can reset the reading to full.
