Does Canon Ink Cartridge Have Expiration Date?

Hello. I am have a box of colored ink and a box of black ink made for a Canon all in one printer. I don't actually see an expiration date on the box the ink cartridges come in but there is some sort of number on the bottom that says ';6709B13';. What is this number? Is there an expiration date for these inks? And if there is an expiration date, how do I find it on the box? Thanks alot for your time.Does Canon Ink Cartridge Have Expiration Date?

All ink cartridges have an expiration date but that is just a ';suggested'; date. I had an old box of cartridges that expired in 2002. I found someone whose printer still used them and they all worked. Shake the cartridges. If you can hear the ink sloshing around, it will probably work.
