My Canon iP1800 says it can't print because it's out of black ink?

I refilled and loaded the cartridge and same thing, so I broke down and bought a brand new cartridge and still saying same thing. Any help out there?My Canon iP1800 says it can't print because it's out of black ink?

I would contact Canon about this. Maybe they had these issues come up before and they can give you some instructions on how to fix it. My boyfriend has the same make/model printer, but we never had that issue.





If all else fails, get a new printer.
