Your cartridges can as of a few days be completely refilled
and properly reset. (This was not possible a few days ago!)
Get your cartridge or ink from:

If you buy ink (i.e. not cartridge) you will have to reset yourself
Here is the new resetter the only one that works and is less than 60 bucks (because it is new many retailers are selling very high!)
