I just refilled my tank of black ink (PGI-5BK) and when i put it back into my printer it blinks and the monitor says that it is still empty. How do i fix this problem?Canon iP4300 Ink Monitor says empty

If this is a USB printer, you need to recharge the chip on the side of the cartridge. This is another scam by mfg. to get you to buy only original ink tanks. The rechargers are about $20
